Short documentary about me on TV8!

Posted on January 5, 2012

This is a episode from a TV series in Norway called “Herlige Norge” (eng: “Wonderful Norway”) made by TV8 about me and my debutfilm “Til siste hinder”. They contacted me and wanted to document and film my day at the premiere of the film. I hope you enjoy the video! :)

    Hello Anders
My name is Sotiris and I am from Greece, I follow your work many months ago and I have to say that you are so good, You share help and inspiration !!!
I am almost new on DSLR filming
    I have a CANON 7D with SIGMA EX lenses (30mm f1.4 and 50mm f2.8 macro ) and a ZOOM 4HN audio recorder.
I prepare a documentary about the traditional job of my town (Ioannina, Greece) which is the jeweler so I want to know your opinion if you want to help me a little bit . I hope to know this answer with the technical perspective . Which device is better for some audio recording works like interviews …? The ZOOM 4HN or the RODE Pro shotgun ? (the ZOOM 4HN have plans to use like normal microphone ).
In few words I am asking you if you had these 2 devices which will be your choice ?
Thank you for your time anyway
PS.: If you want to make shots or movie in Greece I bring you hospitality !!! For you and your close friend and your cat ! :-)

    Thank you
    Benekos Sotiris

Hey Anders, I’ve been a long time admirer of the effort you put in and your passion for film making. Well done mate, best of luck for the future.
I am 23 too and I would just like to say that you are an inspiration, I have recently directed my own short film and hope to follow in your footsteps of moving to features. Long way to go but, with examples such as yourself, I’ll do my best to achieve this.
